Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent in our Financial Services team based in Lisbon. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong interest in financial products. You will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with information and assistance for their financial needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish regarding a variety of financial services through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide comprehensive and accurate information on financial products, account management, and services offered.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference and

• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and new product offerings to ensure informed customer support.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and best practices.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong

• Comfortable using customer service software and financial tools.
• A keen interest in financial services and the ability to explain products clearly to customers.
