In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers interested in our premium coffee machine products. Your duties will include addressing inquiries about features, assisting with product selection, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a delightful overall experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish for inquiries related to
  - end coffee machines.
• Assist customers in selecting the right coffee machine based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide
  - depth information about product features, maintenance, and care.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest coffee machine trends and innovations.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or appliance sectors, is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge and passion for coffee and coffee machines.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Familiarity with customer service software and support tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
