Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Online Travel Agency team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with travel plans, bookings, inquiries, and issues during their journey. Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer support in Spanish for inquiries related to online travel services.
2. Assist customers with flight and hotel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
3. Offer destination advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
4. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
5. Document interactions accurately for
   - up and service improvement.
6. Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless service experiences.
7. Stay updated on travel packages, promotions, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
8. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
9. Experience in customer service, especially in travel or hospitality, is preferred.
10. Strong communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
11. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
12. Familiarity with online booking systems or travel software is a plus.
13. Be
    - oriented with excellent organizational skills.
14. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
