Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for airline passengers, assisting them with:
- Flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Baggage inquiries and
- in support - Loyalty program questions
- Providing clear and professional solutions to customer needs
Requirements
- Native/Fluent Spanish (C2 level)
- Good English (for internal communication)
- Proven experience in customer service
- Already based in Lisbon, Portugal (no relocation provided)
- Strong communication &
- solving skills - Ability to work on rotational shifts

Contract & Schedule
