Responsibilities

• You will be the first point of contact for airline passengers, assisting them with:
• Flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Baggage inquiries and
  - in support
• Loyalty program questions
• Providing clear and professional solutions to customer needs

Requirements

• Native/Fluent Spanish (C2 level)
• Good English (for internal communication)
• Proven experience in customer service
• Already based in Lisbon, Portugal (no relocation provided)
• Strong communication &
  - solving skills
• Ability to work on rotational shifts

Contract & Schedule

• Full-time, 40h/week
