What You'll Do

• Deliver
  - quality customer support in Spanish (via phone, chat, and email).
• Handle inquiries and provide professional solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level)
• Previous experience in customer service (call center, retail, hospitality, etc. )
• Good level of English (B2+) for internal communication
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Available to start in late September or October 2025
