About The Role

We are seeking

Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisors

What Youll Do

Deliver

top-quality customer support

in Spanish (via phone, chat, and email).

Handle inquiries and provide professional solutions to customer issues.

Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

What Were Looking For

Native or fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level)

Previous experience in customer service

(call center, retail, hospitality, etc. )

Good level of English (B2+) for internal communication

Strong communication and
