Spanish-speaking Junior Social Media Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure
- quality service. - Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Basic English skills for internal communication.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong
- solving skills and
- oriented mindset. - Availability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system, including nights and weekends.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
