Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate bookings (flights, hotels, rail, car rentals)
• Provide professional and timely support via phone, chat and email
• Handle changes, cancellations and travel emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Use Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo GDS tools to manage itineraries
• Ensure all bookings comply with client policies and company standards
• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish + strong English
• 5+ years experience in business travel or GDS-based customer support
• Proven knowledge of Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
