As an

Accounts Payable Specialist

, you will be responsible for managing the

- end accounts payable process, maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the broader finance team with reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, with practical experience in

Accounts Payables (AP)

and/or

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Manage vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolution of any discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions in accordance with internal procedures and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure accurate purchase order matching and cost allocations.
• Support

  - end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Prepare and review reports related to AP metrics, cash flow, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and local accounting standards.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the AP/O2C cycle.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
