Specialist Accounts Payable - Serbian or Croatian speaker (Temporary, 1 year)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Provide guidance on Source To Pay processes and policies, including standard helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers, with a focus on continuous improvement within Source To Pay operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide internal customers on GBS S2P processes and policies, resolving queries from internal customers and suppliers.
• Facilitate efficient use of the Source To Pay system (Ariba Guided Buying).
• Review payment proposals for adidas subsidiaries.
• Analyze supplier accounts and update records accordingly.
• Perform regular controls and
  - checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks on purchase requests, including
  - trade related requests.
• Handle queries from suppliers and business partners via email and phone.
• Ensure timely analysis of debit balance accounts by collaborating with suppliers and finance teams, resolving issues related to
  - payment, missing information, and
  - up actions.

Prerequisites:

• Strong finance acumen
• Solid experience with SAP
• Experience in a shared service environment or similar
• Proficiency in English and Serbian/Croatian (reading, writing, communication)

• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to navigate complex organizations and connect with diverse functions and cultures
