Specialist Accounts Payable - Serbian or Croatian speaker (Temporary, 1 year)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Provide guidance on Source To Pay processes and policies, including standard helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers, with a focus on continuous improvement within Source To Pay operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide internal customers on GBS S2P processes and policies, resolving queries from internal customers and suppliers.
- Facilitate efficient use of the Source To Pay system (Ariba Guided Buying).
- Review payment proposals for adidas subsidiaries.
- Analyze supplier accounts and update records accordingly.
- Perform regular controls and
- checks to ensure compliance and accuracy. - Conduct quality checks on purchase requests, including
- trade related requests. - Handle queries from suppliers and business partners via email and phone.
- Ensure timely analysis of debit balance accounts by collaborating with suppliers and finance teams, resolving issues related to
- payment, missing information, and
- up actions.

Prerequisites:
- Strong finance acumen
- Solid experience with SAP
- Experience in a shared service environment or similar
- Proficiency in English and Serbian/Croatian (reading, writing, communication)
- Attention to detail, strong
- solving and analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to navigate complex organizations and connect with diverse functions and cultures
