We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Specialist Customer Feedback (m/f/d) in Portugal.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Work with letters, reviews and comments from clients on different sites
Monitoring and control of the company's reputation on
- party resources
Raising the company's ratings, according to the department's internal regulations
Classification of reasons for reviews
Making outgoing calls to clients for surveys
Conflict resolution
Required Skills and Experience
Native-level Swedish and English C1 skills required
Experience in customer service
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others, from customers to
- workers
