We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Specialist Customer Feedback (m/f/d) in Portugal.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Work with letters, reviews and comments from clients on different sites
• Monitoring and control of the company's reputation on
  - party resources
• Raising the company's ratings, according to the department's internal regulations
• Classification of reasons for reviews
• Making outgoing calls to clients for surveys
• Conflict resolution

Required Skills and Experience

• Native-level Swedish and English C1 skills required
• Experience in customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others, from customers to
  - workers
