Specialist Customer Fulfillment
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Responsible for managing the partnership between SCM and Wholesale. It becomes the key SCM interface for business, coordinating the complete process from sales order entry to on time delivery of all products to wholesale customers whilst ensuring a dependable, sufficient, and competitive advantage in supply chain management.
Moreover, the position carries the responsibility of supporting supply chain initiatives that yield mutual benefits, such as revenue generation and cost reduction, for both the adidas Group and its customers. By collaborating across functions, the role addresses On Time In Full (OTIF) challenges, identifies risks and opportunities, and assists in implementing mitigating actions while upholding to service level agreements (SLAs)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account and Sales Operations, Sales teams and SCM to understand priorities and addressing issues, risks & opportunities
- Assist in process standardization solutions
- Support order book conversion by evaluating speed and availability drivers and ensuring maximum stock allocation and
- time delivery for wholesale customers - Investigate and address gaps between actual delivery performance and targeted performance, optimizing productivity levels and driving order book conversion
- Ensure order book execution, issue resolution, and product availability integrity, while delivering transparency to relevant stakeholders
- Provide customer and zone centric KPI transparency and business insights to stakeholders
- Support service excellence to all relevant interfaces to ensure smooth hard, focus and strategic launch processing
- Provide visibility of order book status and assist in proposing corrective actions
- Execution on all sales order book related queries channeled via centralized mailbox (point of contact from Sales/Account and Sales Operations and Distribution Centers)
- Monitor outbound order book of delivery note creation/transfer with potential delays and take appropriate actions (DN prioritization, max DN qty, BID, PGI, Credit etc. )
- Secure handling, availability and on time order book conversion related to seasonal peak management activities
- Secure order book compliance with business rules and policies
- Develop strong relationships with wholesale Account & Sales Operations, Sales and Order Fulfillment teams and support them with specific requirements, collaborating with global partners to provide optimal solutions
- Participate in workshops/trainings for system upgrades and support regression testing, including key user responsibilities for SAP/ Power BI testing and system functionalities
- Supporting the Teamlead Customer Fulfillment in coordinating special handling for new requests
- Day to day interaction with stakeholder base
- Service delivery by agreed SLA
- Responsible for creation and distribution of operational reports

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong
- oriented mindset and a focus on meeting consumer/customer needs in the supply chain context - Team player
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and
- solving to address complex challenges in supply chain operations - Understanding of cost considerations and their impact on sales generation within the supply chain process
- Autonomous and independent working style
- Comfort with learning and utilizing internal systems and software applications specific to supply chain management
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power
Point) - Basic level of familiarity with SAP-AFS (SD module)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous in a global supply chain environment
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of mandatory education level or vocational studies. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in providing supply chain management support in the field of operations, fulfillment or logistics, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
