Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Governing the Infineon partner portfolio, including
  - houses,
  - makers,
  - and software providers
• Developing and maintaining processes and tools to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflows with our partners
• Coordinating
  - related events and activities, such as process trainings, meetings, events, and communications
• Providing support for the Infineon Partner Program, including collaterals, internal & external communications, and content management on our digital platforms
• Analyzing and reporting
  - related metrics and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Enabling division and sales stakeholders to manage and maintain partner relationships, including communication and issue resolution

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Holding a university degree in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related discipline
• Bringing 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a related field, such as business consulting, marketing, or (inside-) sales
• Possessing experience working with partners or customers, either directly or indirectly, with a focus on building relationships and providing support
• Demonstrating a basic knowledge of the G2M partner life cycle, including attraction, onboarding, and offboarding
• Having excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and content management tools
• Being able to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Experience with transferring AI-powered tools in everyday
  - life, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, or other AI-driven technologies is a plus
• Fluency in English
