Specialist GBS Compliance & Service Desk (German Speaker)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Provide guidance on Source To Pay processes and policies, including helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement within Source To Pay operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance for internal customers on GBS NTP processes and policies, and resolve queries related to procurement.
- Ensure compliance with Source To Pay policies.
- Perform standard helpdesk and service support activities related to procurement topics via ticket service, email, or phone.
- Assist Ariba end users with procurement processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance procurement compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams including HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment in procurement efforts. - Prepare and deliver reports, including executive summaries, findings, and recommendations, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs for procurement processes.
- Provide support to team leads and markets on process topics.
- Act as liaison between DE, GPO, Global Hub, and other teams to implement process improvements or changes within the team scope.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to analyze problems and make decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of ARIBA.
- Good knowledge of procurement operations activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, finance, procurement, legal, or comparable professional education.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in procurement and helpdesk roles.
