Specialist GBS HR Services - Workforce Admin - Polish Speaker
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
Within HR Services, we deliver excellent services and business competence related to HR processes. The role supports our goal of combining professional business partnering with continuous service enhancement by fulfilling key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administration for all HR Services processes, tools, and programmes at European and global levels.
- Act as a contact point for the HR community and stakeholders regarding HR Services issues.
- Handle inquiries and support via ticket system or phone as needed.
- Execute tasks timely according to processes, schedules, and service levels, complying with agreements.
- Support HR Services digitalisation efforts.
- Manage procurement, invoicing, financial processes, and reporting, including recharging if needed.
- Assist in data and system audits.
- Provide consistent HR Services information to employees based on the knowledge database.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures, processes, systems, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding employee and organizational data.
- Recommend system and process modifications for legal compliance and policy adherence.
- Contribute to user manuals and process mappings.
- Assist in communicating standards, procedures, and processes to employees and stakeholders.
- Participate in workshops and meetings with HR subject matter experts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with business computing solutions, preferably SAP HR.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mentality.
- Customer-focused and
- minded. - International mindset; experience working in diverse, multicultural teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of legal and tariff regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree or commercial education.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment, preferably HR.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
