Specialists in Education, Skills Development and Decent Jobs (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III)

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines. ”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a
- term,
- demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in education, labour economics, social sciences, or related fields

General professional experience: Experience in education or
- related programmes

Specific professional experience: Skills development, TVET, labour market policies

Language: English is mandatory
