What You'll do:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to support observability and security goals.
2. Create and optimize complex SPL queries for operational intelligence and incident response.
3. Onboard and validate data sources, ensuring accurate field extractions and parsing. Manage and maintain Splunk infrastructure, including forwarders and indexing performance.
4. Collaborate with development, security, and Dev
   Ops teams to define logging requirements and improve visibility.
5. Troubleshoot search performance, indexing issues, and data latency.
6. Automate data enrichment and correlation to support advanced analytics.
7. Document use cases, configurations, and processes to support compliance and operational readiness.

What You Are:

1. A Splunk Developer or Administrator with 3+ years of
   - on experience in enterprise environments.
2. Proficient in SPL with the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries.
3. Experienced with log sources including syslog, Windows/Linux, and API-based integrations.
4. Familiar with IT operations, cybersecurity, and Dev
   Ops workflows.
5. Analytical and
   - oriented, with strong troubleshooting and
   - solving skills.
6. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
7. Scripting experience in Python or Shell is a plus.
8. Knowledge of
   - based logging (AWS/GCP/Azure) and standard log formats (JSON, CEF, etc. ) is desirable.
