What you will do in this role
- Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.
Your qualifications
We're looking for individuals who:
- Have a high level of French and fluent in English (B2) - Both languages written and oral
- Are passionate about sports and possess a positive attitude
- Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Are
- savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools - Can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
- Availability to work on rotational shifts
