Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sportsbook strategy in line with company objectives

• Analyze market trends and user preferences to optimize product offering

• Oversee the sportsbook product roadmap and drive improvements

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform features and user experience

• Manage risk operations and implement financial performance measures

• Ensure full compliance with Portuguese legislation and apply robust risk management strategies

• Work with other teams on campaigns, promotions, and retention initiatives

• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategy accordingly

• Prepare reports for management on sportsbook performance
