Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot;
• Build and optimize REST APIs for scalable solutions;
• Work with relational databases and ensure data integrity and performance;
• Implement persistence using JPA and manage builds with Maven or Gradle;
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and/or Kubernetes;
• Apply Git for version control and ensure code quality with automated testing (unit, integration, etc. );
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in agile environments (Scrum or equivalent);
• Communicate effectively in Portuguese (spoken and written);
• Hybrid Work Model.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• Minimum of 6 years (Senior) and 4 years (Mid-level) of professional experience;
• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot;
• Strong knowledge of relational databases;
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes;
• Proficiency with JPA, Maven or Gradle, and Git;
• Experience building REST APIs;
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, etc. );
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools;
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written);

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka or Rabbit
  MQ;
• Cloud development experience, preferably Azure;
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops practices;
• Java certifications;
• Cloud-related certifications;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
