About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SQL Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of
- on experience managing SQL databases in production environments and will be responsible for ensuring database reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases across development, test, and production environments.
• Monitor database performance and tune queries for optimal efficiency.
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and
  - availability strategies.
• Ensure database security, access control, and compliance with internal policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents and performance issues.
• Support development teams with database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Document database architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a SQL Database Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (installation, configuration, patching, upgrades).
• Expertise in performance tuning , query optimization, and indexing strategies.
• Experience with backup/restore strategies and disaster recovery planning.
• Solid understanding of database security and user access management.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (SQL Profiler, Performance Monitor, etc. ).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Good communication skills and English level B2+ or higher .
