What are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SQL Server DBA (minimum 5 years);
  
  
• Experience with
  Informix and My
  SQL;
  
  
• Strong expertise in SQL Server installation, configuration, tuning, and maintenance;
  
  
• Solid knowledgeof backup/recovery strategies and tools;
  
  
• Hands-on experience with database migration projects;
  
  
• Familiarity with ETL processes, Reporting (SSRS), and Analysis Services (SSAS);
  
  
• Proficient in reviewing and applying database security policies;
  
  
• Experience withload testing and performance validation;
  
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description:

• Install and configure MSFT SQL Server database instances (version 2017 or higher);
  
  
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and security policies;
  
  
• Implement and configure backup procedures to meet defined RTO and RPO;
  
  
• Set up and testalerting and monitoring mechanisms;
  
  
• Optimize storage for database performance;
  
  
• Collaborate with functional, development, and DBA teams for configuration and migration planning;
  
  
• Migrate databases to the new platform following the project plan;
  
  
• Perform database tuning and performance optimization;
  
  
• Support ETL, Reporting, and Analysis process migration and redesign;
  
  
• Review and adjust database access privileges to align with security standards;
  
  
• Optimize storage for ETL, Reporting, and Analysis efficiency;
  
  
• Assist in load testing and performance validation;
  
  
• Provide ongoingsupport for continuous improvement of the solution (DB, ETL, Reporting, Analysis).
