Customer Service Professional will be based in Lisbon, and will be reporting to Customer Service Manager Portugal working in a Hybrid model (2 times per week).

What will you be doing?

The Customer Service Professional for our Customer Service department will be managing the following functions:

Order management respecting deadlines, place of delivery, requested quantities and agreed prices. Invoicing of orders, management of complaints, material returns, management of overdue orders and credit notes.

Communication to customers on Back Order material.

Reporting and maintaining files of weekly activities, subscriptions and outstanding invoicing.

Monitoring of necessary data provided by customers for invoicing.

Archiving of order documentation.
