The Customer Service Professional will be based in Lisbon and will report to the Customer Service Manager Portugal, working in a hybrid model (2 times per week).

What will you be doing?

The Customer Service Professional will manage:

• Order management respecting deadlines, delivery locations, requested quantities, and prices.
• Invoicing of orders, managing complaints, material returns, overdue orders, and credit notes.
• Communication with customers regarding Back Order material.
• Reporting and maintaining files of weekly activities, subscriptions, and outstanding invoicing.
• Monitoring data provided by customers for invoicing.
• Archiving order documentation.
