- related activities. * Ensure data integrity, security, and seamless flow between integrated systems. * Contribute to automation initiatives that improve monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CRM and Marketing operations globally. * Master’s degree with 3–4 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Strong experience managing and supporting platforms, ideally Veeva CRM and Salesforce. * Hands-on knowledge of system configuration, release management, and incident resolution. * Experience with Dev
