You will be part of a team focusing on Global CRM and Marketing capabilities, with Salesforce.com as core architecture and leveraging capabilities such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What you will do

In this role you will:

• Configure and maintain the functional objects of SFMC
• Support users on how to best use SFMC functionality and Journey Builder
• Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve the SFMC platform
• Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to prioritize, launch and implement new tools and system enhancements
• Participate in the Agile development process and Dev
  Ops model
• Collaborate with the Platform team and adhere to deployment and release management processes
• Develop and complete unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies to ensure software quality
• Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues
• Work on integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications to ensure smooth operation
• Maintain high standards of code quality with code reviews and comprehensive test coverage
• Perform SFMC administration tasks

Minimum requirements:

• Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of Information Systems experience
• 2+ years working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partner Certification
• Integration experience with Veeva CRM & Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Journey Builder, API skills, and SQL
• Experience in SFMC Models (Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Journey Builder, Web Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder)
• Knowledge of SQL applied to SFMC
• Hands-on experience with SFMC APIs and integration with external systems
• Understanding and experience with Ampscript and SSJS
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
• High degree of initiative and

Preferred requirements:

• Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret minimally complex situations/problems
• Knowledge in frontend programming languages (HTML and CSS)
• Salesforce & Safe certification is advantageous
• Knowledge of Veeva Platform
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry
