- solver and a team player with these qualifications. * Master’s degree with 1 -3 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related* Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Information Systems experience* 2+ years working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partner Certification* Integration experience with Veeva CRM & Salesforce Marketing cloud* Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud* Experience with Journey Builder experience, API skills and SQL* Experience in SFMC Models (Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Journey builder, Web Studio, Automation studio and Contact builder)* Knowledge on SQL language applied to SFMC* Hands-on experience with SFMC APIs and integration with external systems* Understanding and experience with Ampscript and SSJS* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams* High degree of initiative and
