This role demands a solid understanding of CPI/CPA/ROAS models and strong industry relationships. You’ll work remotely in a
- paced environment while collaborating with
- functional teams to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new mobile app advertisers across global markets
- Pitch tailored user acquisition and performance marketing solutions
- Manage full sales cycle: outreach, proposals, negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, UA managers, and marketing leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Track industry trends and provide feedback to enhance service offerings
- Represent Iconpeak at virtual and
- person events

Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in business development or sales in mobile app marketing or ad tech
- Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, and other performance models
- Proven ability to pitch and close advertisers
- Strong network within the mobile industry is a plus
- Based in or open to relocating to Lisbon preferred
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM tools (e. g. Hub
Spot, Salesforce) - Familiarity with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava)
- Self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in a remote,
- paced environment
