About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist with a strong background in mobile app performance marketing to drive client acquisition and growth.
This role is centered on selling user acquisition campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our advertiser base. You will be responsible for identifying
- potential mobile apps (gaming, fintech,
- commerce, Crypto, etc. ), pitching
- based marketing solutions, and managing
- term client relationships.
The ideal candidate understands CPI, CPA, ROAS-driven campaigns, has strong relationships within the mobile industry, and thrives in a
- paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new mobile app advertisers across global markets.
- Pitch Iconpeak’s user acquisition capabilities and performance marketing solutions tailored to each client’s growth goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle – outreach, proposal, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mobile app developers, UA managers, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with internal operations, account management, and media buying teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve service offerings and

- market strategy. - Represent Iconpeak in virtual and
- person industry events across mobile and ad tech ecosystems.
Requirements
- Based in Lisbon, Portugal will be preferred.
- 4+ years of business development or
- facing sales experience in the mobile app marketing or ad tech industry. - Deep understanding of performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPM, ROAS, etc. ).
- Proven ability to build, pitch, and close deals with mobile app advertisers.
- Strong network of contacts in the mobile app space is a big plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub
Spot, etc. ) and other sales tools. - Proficient working with Attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava etc.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote and dynamic setup.
