Position Overview:

Join our innovative,
- based, and fun recruitment team to help source, identify, interview, and recommend placement of employees through creative internal and external sourcing methods. You will work directly with hiring managers of Entrust and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.

You will:

1. Full cycle recruiting of EMEA & Global Technical positions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
2. Proactively source, network, and creatively identify and interview potential candidates.
3. Support and build Entrust employment brand.
4. Support the Employee Referral Program.
5. Adhere to equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts.
6. Manage operational projects to help streamline recruitment efficiencies.
7. Be a TA team fit.
8. Build strong relationships with managers and candidates.
9. Manage relationships with preferred vendors.
10. Do you know Workday? (HUGE plus!)

Your experience:

1. 5+ years of experience as a
   - cycle technical recruiter.
2. Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
3. Clear understanding of
   -
   - end recruitment best practices.
4. Use a creative approach to sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates.
5. Strong communication skills & proven ability to influence.
6. Urgency in a
   - paced organization.

Ideally you will have:

1. Bachelor’s degree, and solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
2. Solid skills in Outlook, Power
   Point, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
