Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Digital Design Engineer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for digital design, physical design support, and digital integration in
- signal IC environments.

Essential Functions:

• Design digital architectures and RTL coding.
• Support physical design activities including synthesis, P&R, and static timing analysis.
• Assist in
  - level digital integration,
  - level
  - mode modeling, simulation, and verification.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital IC design.
• Ph
  D, BS, or MS in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Digital Design or VLSI coursework.
• Experience with RTL design, synthesis, P&R, and timing analysis.
• High-speed
  - signal design experience is required.
• Knowledge of Ethernet PHYs, DDR controllers, or related
  - speed interfaces (1GHz+).
• Familiarity with analog/digital interface,
  - simulation, and verification flows.
• Proficiency with digital design tools like Synopsis and Cadence.
• Ability to collaborate with verification engineers to debug and resolve design issues.
• Experience with interfaces such as I2C, I3C, SPI is a plus.
• Experience in digital system lab evaluation and mass production testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of DFT/Scan methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and effective in
  - disciplinary teams.
