We're Hiring! | Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist (German Speaker)

Start Date: 28 April 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (local time)

Work Model: 100% Remote (From continental Portugal only)

Salary Range: 39, 000 44, 000/year + 5, 000 Language Bonus

Languages Required:

Native-level German (C1+)

Fluent English (B2 or higher)

What Youll Do

• Manage and optimize
  - scale programmatic campaigns across DV360 and Google Ads.
• Drive
  - funnel media strategies from planning and setup to monitoring and performance reporting.
• Deliver actionable insights through deep analytics, reporting, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams including creative, analytics, and account managers to meet campaign goals.
• Stay on the pulse of emerging trends in programmatic, ad tech, and performance marketing.
• Own client communications and deliver strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of
  - on experience managing Programmatic Campaigns.
• Proven experience using Google Ads and/or DV360.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and campaign KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. ).
• Experience in or with marketing agencies is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a
  - paced,
  - oriented environment.
• Tech-savvy, analytical, and always seeking optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2+).
