We're hiring! | Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist (German Speaker)

Start Date: 28 April 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (local time)

Work Model: 100% Remote (From continental Portugal only)

Salary Range: €39, 000 - €44, 000/year + €5, 000 Language Bonus

Languages Required:

Native-level German (C1+)

Fluent English (B2 or higher)

- driven advertising strategies across global markets. This is a remote opportunity to own campaigns, optimize performance using DV360 and Google Ads, and collaborate with exciting clients, all while enjoying flexibility and a competitive package. What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize
  - scale programmatic campaigns across DV360 and Google Ads.
• Develop
  - funnel media strategies from planning to performance reporting.
• Provide insights through analytics, reporting, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account management teams to achieve campaign goals.
• Stay updated on trends in programmatic, ad tech, and performance marketing.
• Communicate with clients and provide strategic recommendations confidently.

What We're Looking For

• Over 3 years of experience managing Programmatic Campaigns.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and/or DV360.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. ).
• Experience in marketing agencies is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced,
  - driven environment.
• Tech-savvy, analytical, with a focus on optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2+).
