The role
We are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Freelance Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner for IT roles. In this role, you will take full ownership of recruitment activities for a range of technical positions across our business – from sourcing and interviewing to strategic partnering with hiring managers. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help shape the hiring success of our IT business over a 6-month
- time freelance engagement.
How you’ll make impact
- Own and manage

- end recruitment for IT roles across our market units – from Software Engineering to Cloud, Data, and Dev
Ops, etc. - Partner with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and

- market plans. - Source and engage
- tier tech talent using a variety of tools and creative approaches. - Conduct
- based interviews, assess potential and culture fit, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the process. - Build strong candidate pipelines while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the global TA team on tools, processes, and employer branding to attract and retain great people.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for recruiting matters in your area.

- cycle recruiting, ideally in IT consulting, engineering, or tech environments. - You have strong sourcing skills and are confident navigating the European tech talent market.
- You work independently, manage your workload with ease, and are
- oriented even in dynamic environments. - You communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- You’re available
- time for the next 6 months. - You’re familiar with modern ATS and sourcing tools (e. g. , Linked
In Recruiter, Workday, etc. ).
