Responsibilities

• Oversee set‑up, survey programming, resource securing and overall conduct of allocated feasibility studies per timeline, quality standards and client expectations for all phase study type awards and rescue and feasibility only opportunities.
• Collaborate on development of initial site and country list (initial site prioritization).
• Ensure accuracy and quality of survey‑driven data and perform quality control of deliverables throughout feasibility process.
• Analyze project statuses to ensure successful completion of milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as primary point‑of‑contact (Po
  C) for department and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Identify potential risks and out‑of‑scope (OOS) activity by managing monthly financial deliverables; discuss contingency plans and identify risk trends across projects.
• Develop, test and maintain feasibility system.
• Participate in developing relevant study metrics to measure the impact of feasibility strategy, including country and site recommendations and enrollment projections.
• Provide input for new business development (NBD) proposals to build project assumptions, budgets, timelines and strategic feasibility direction.
• Lead and/or contribute to internal planning meetings for bid defense and capabilities presentations, training calls, client kickoff meetings (KOMs) and interim client teleconferences.
• Provide appropriate education and training to CTI staff on ICH/GCP and applicable regulations.
• Develop or update relevant Global Standard Operating Procedures (GSOPs) and monitor process updates.
• Train and mentor new/existing feasibility staff and other CTI functional staff members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports while overseeing and managing their work product.
• Provide line management for a remote global team of Feasibility Specialists.
• Serve as escalation point for site follow‑up when needed by the feasibility specialist.
• Perform data analysis using multiple platforms including Tableau and other AI platforms to visualize and summarize survey data.
• Lead standalone feasibility services, including researching therapeutic areas, compiling incidence/prevalence data, designing site surveys, overseeing site information collection, compiling feasibility status for internal or external client, supporting presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in allied health field such as nursing, pharmacy or health science or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5+ years in the clinical research, pharma or CRO with global experience preferred.
