Senior Manager Field Sales Modern Trade
Mission:
As the Field Sales Manager for Off Trade, you will lead a team of sales representatives and external merchandising services, focused on delivering

- class execution across retail outlets. Your mission is to drive visibility, availability, and promotional compliance of the brand portfolio in the off‑trade channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve execution excellence
- Define and implement standards for external provider execution in‑store
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans, merchandising standards, and point‑of‑sale materials
- Build strong relationships with retail partners to secure optimal shelf space and in‑store visibility
- Monitor and report on field performance, compliance, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with commercial development (trade marketing) and commercial teams to align field execution with strategic goals
- Conduct regular store visits to audit execution and support team development
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar
- Previous experience in field sales management within FMCG or retail sectors will be a plus
- Field reporting tools
- Solid experience with MS Office: MS Word, Excel, Power
Point and Outlook - Strong understanding of off‑trade dynamics and retail execution principles
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret execution data and KPIs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Good time‑management skills with a problem‑solving attitude
- Knowledge of customer relationship management
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
- Good communication skills, adapting style and behavior to different stakeholders
- Be open to new ideas and perspectives to work effectively cross‑departments
- Intermediate level English & Spanish (B2)
