In the Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience (MSP-CX) organization, we work backwards from customer needs, representing their voice throughout the product lifecycle (development, deployment, support, and service). Our mission is to transform “stand-alone

Successful candidates will have strong experience in technology development and testing with mechatronics equipment. This position is responsible for schedule, scope, and cost planning for
- scale fulfillment technology and robotics projects across Europe. The primary role involves owning the coordination and execution of the deployment,
- up, and support of MSP products in the field, along with driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires building relationships and synthesizing customer feedback. Locations are flexible across the EU (Italy, Germany, Spain, France) and the UK.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage project plans and technical solutions.
- Influence internal and external partners and suppliers.
- Define technology strategies and plan installations for complex projects impacting schedule, scope, cost, and product performance.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, and deployment standards, aiming for efficiencies and continuous improvement.
- Communicate program execution and performance effectively across teams.
- This role involves travel across Europe, up to 75% or more.
A day in the life
The focus is on deployment project management and product
- up support. Daily activities include collaborating with engineering teams and internal customers, traveling to project sites, managing project schedules and budgets, and engaging in continuous improvement activities. You will also develop your professional skills and collaborate within your team.
About the team
The CX team within MSP works backwards from customer insights to validate, deploy, and support MSP solutions globally. The team is responsible for quality assurance, deployment &
- up, and ongoing support, ensuring solutions meet customer needs throughout their lifecycle.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience with automated or
- automated material handling equipment. - Experience managing large projects and vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, operations, or related fields.
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or fulfillment.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing.
- Experience with automation solutions and benchmarking.
