Sr Provider Manager, EU 3P Compliance - Provider Management

Sellers provide hundreds of millions of unique products, from Books and Electronics to Apparel and Consumables. As a Senior Provider Manager within the EU 3P Compliance team, you will join a dynamic team at the forefront of this vision. You will develop and implement initiatives to enhance the performance of compliance service providers across various countries, removing barriers that Sellers face when expanding internationally.
The ideal candidate is comfortable in ambiguous environments, takes ownership of their work, and has a proven track record working with service providers and completing projects. You should be motivated, agile, with strong time management, negotiation, and project management skills. Excellent troubleshooting,
- solving, and communication skills are essential, along with high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering
- quality results on time. Your experience should demonstrate a
- first mindset, technical understanding, and the ability to implement changes that positively impact the business.
This role requires a passion for building new business, with a history of successfully delivering initiatives from inception to completion.
Key job responsibilities
- End-to-end Provider Account Management across all assigned compliance services and regions;
- Define strategies for Provider engagement, driving scale and account growth aligned with organizational vision;
- Ensure Provider engagement, program, and technical readiness for transition to the compliance services vision;
- Maintain contracts and payments in line with compliance and commercialization strategies;
- Prepare Providers for integration with Amazon technology where applicable;
- Troubleshoot Provider issues and develop mitigation strategies to protect Amazon’s reputation;
- Support Provider development strategies aligned with their growth ambitions;
- Gather and relay inputs and requirements to Product teams to improve Seller and Provider experience;
- Report progress through Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Weekly Program Reviews (WPR).
Minimum qualifications:
- BS or BA in supply chain, vendor/account management, operations, finance, economics, or related fields;
- Several years of vendor/account management or operations management and continuous improvement experience;
- Strong
- building skills and experience managing stakeholders across functions; - Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse groups, including developers and senior leaders;
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and locations.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA from a leading business school;
- Experience in vendor/account management for online services or technical products;
- Knowledge of M365, SQL, and/or VBA, or willingness to learn;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of delivering results in
