As Sr. Provider Ops Manager, EU 3P Compliance, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to building this marketplace. Your responsibilities include developing strategies to mitigate
- compliance risks for Sellers impacted by transfers between Providers, creating and implementing a business continuity framework, and ensuring ongoing compliance regardless of Provider changes.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, demonstrates ownership, and has a proven track record of project completion. You should be motivated, agile, and possess strong time management, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. Excellent troubleshooting,
- solving, and communication abilities are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering
- quality results on schedule. You will also focus on continuous improvement, building scalable systems and mechanisms that serve Sellers and Providers effectively, while innovating solutions for immediate challenges and prioritizing
- term customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define business continuity strategy and align with stakeholders on goals and milestones.
- Implement governance and mechanisms for continuous improvement and exceeding program goals.
- Establish governance across compliance use cases, considering regional and
- specific factors, aiming for scalable solutions. - Train Providers on business continuity processes, milestones, and targets.
- Ensure implementation of business continuity operations, including training internal teams and aligning with stakeholders on communication, SOPs, policies, and reporting.
- Initiate product feature improvements to reduce Seller friction during transfers.
- Report progress through Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Weekly Program Reviews (WPR).
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc or BA in supply chain, vendor/account management, operations, finance, economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in vendor/account management or operations management, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong
- building skills and experience managing stakeholders to drive
- functional programs. - Excellent communication skills across various teams and leadership levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a leading business school.
- Marketplace experience in vendor/account management for online services or technical products.
- Knowledge of M365, SQL, and VBA, or willingness to learn.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of delivering results in
- paced environments. - Experience developing
