Job Summary

Our Core Platform development spans multiple
- functional teams, each building large, complex components of the MDM platform. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in your team, being technically responsible for specific feature delivery, which includes:

• Presenting solutions to Architects
• Driving feature development, making decisions, providing development leadership, and distributing tasks among 1-2 engineers
• Collaborating with QA to review testing approaches, providing detailed testing information, and reviewing test plans
• Ensuring all internal feature documentation is complete and

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Architects, Kanban master, QA, and PM to deliver
  - quality work
• Develop complex features
• Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Ensure good code coverage with unit and integration tests
• Make informed technical decisions daily
• Maintain professional communication with
  - functional teams
• Provide sustenance and support in areas under your responsibility

Skills You Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application design and development
• 3+ years of backend application development experience
• Proven ability to deliver solutions, support implementation, and engage with customers
• 2-3 years of experience building scalable distributed data systems using Java and Cloud Technologies
• Strong Java knowledge (Java 8 and above), including Java Runtime basics
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior team members
• Hands-on experience with coding, reviewing, and writing code
• Solid foundation in computer science, algorithms, data structures, software design, and large distributed systems
• Experience in performance optimization, code profiling, and Java runtime analysis

Skills That Are Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their services
• Managed databases like AWS Dynamo
  DB, Google GBQ, GBT, Azure Cosmos
  DB
• Managed Queue services such as AWS SQS, Google Pub
  Sub, Azure Service Bus
• Knowledge of cloud security principles
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Big Data Technologies
• Customer support experience in Saa
  S is a plus
• MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
