Responsibilities:

• Service Design and Service Transition, including creating blueprints or specifications for IT solutions and building new IT solutions.
• Coordinate and steer others within area of responsibility, align with requesters for testing and quality assurance, and provide proper documentation.
• Act as overall contact person, communicate and align with requesters and stakeholders, and use escalation procedures in case of disagreements.
• Actively gain knowledge in assigned areas, support review of changed or new documentation, and create documentation as needed.
• Train other persons in the area, primarily IT knowledge transfer, and ensure creation and usage of proper training material.
• Ensure clear communication to other colleagues that SME on defined area is available and provide continuous improvements in the particular area of expertise.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or IT.
• 4-6 years of IT-AM Sales & Distribution experience.
• ITIL Certificate and SAP Certification in SCM, SD, or similar.
• Proficient knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP SCM, Billing, Pricing, and basic knowledge in FI/CO and PP.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, dynamism, resilience, and
  - discipline.
• Teamworking and availability to travel.
