Sr Specialist Supply Chain Management - GPS Business Control
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Execute integrated global supply planning and business control activities to ensure optimal product availability. Ensure performance achieves availability targets from the market’s side (COTA/COTA-I) and supply side (MDP) and respects market SLAs. Collaborate across functions to proactively address supply planning challenges, identify risks and opportunities, and implement solutions to mitigate potential delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute business control process for Market areas; translate risks and opportunities into actions following business principles
- Support Supply Review with relevant Master Planning (MP) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place
- Support level loading execution for respective areas, i. e. , Pre-seasonal activities and Pull forward process (PF) etc.
- Responsible for the creation and distribution of operational reports in Power

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and a systematic approach to solving complex problems.
- Internal Systems Proficiency: Comfortable with learning and using internal systems, including Supply Chain Planning and Execution software applications.
- Service-Minded Attitude: Demonstrates a
- oriented mindset with focus on supporting team and stakeholders needs - Exceptional Communication Skills: Highly skilled in conveying complex information clearly and effectively across various platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and SAP. Knowledge of Power
Bi is a plus. - Language Skills: Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Team Collaboration: A committed team player who works well with others to achieve common goals.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus
- 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries
