Sr. Specialist Supply Chain Management - Product Supply Creation (TEMP 2 years)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Optimize & execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning, and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability targets OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation), respecting market SLAs. Optimize factory capacity usage aligned with market demands and supplier capabilities to service global demand.
Collaborate across functions to resolve planning and purchasing issues, identify risks and opportunities, and mitigate potential delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for
- related topics. - Manage the business control process for relevant areas; prepare inputs for market availability projections and support buy reviews with market SCM.
- Execute risk mitigation via demand and PO management.
- Conduct supply reviews with relevant Liaison Offices to optimize capacity use, understand supply constraints, and develop delivery performance and risk mitigation plans.
- Execute buy decisions (PO creation) in line with the supply plan and market SLAs.
- Support level loading activities, including
- seasonal planning, contracts, and
- forward processes. - Own and improve specific business processes, support project implementations, and contribute to system and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for
- related issues and escalations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, planning, or information systems; Master's preferred
- At least 3 years in supply chain management, operations, or planning, preferably in accessories, apparel, or footwear industries
- Minimum 1 year in Product Supply Creation activities
