Sr. Specialist Supply Chain Management - Product Supply Creation (TEMP 2 years)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Optimize and execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning, and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability targets OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation), respecting market SLAs. Optimize factory capacity usage based on market requirements and supplier capabilities to service global demand.
Work across functions to resolve planning and purchasing issues, identify risks and opportunities, and mitigate delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for
- related topics. - Independently manage business control processes for relevant areas; prepare inputs for market availability projections. Support buy reviews with market SCM, providing projections, and execute risk mitigation via demand and PO management.
- Responsible for supply reviews with relevant Liaison Offices to ensure capacity optimization, understand supply constraints, monitor delivery performance, and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Execute buy decisions (PO creation) aligned with the supply plan and market SLAs.
- Support level loading activities, including
- seasonal planning, contracts, and
- forward processes. - Own specific business processes, including documentation, testing, and enhancements. Support project implementations and contribute to system and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as the first contact for process issues and escalations.

- Knowledge of Power
BI is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, planning, or information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries.
- At least 1 year of experience in Product Supply Creation activities.
