Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Must haves: Proven experience as an SQL Developer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (minimum 2 years with MS SQL Server; additional experience with Postgre
  SQL/Oracle is a plus).
• Database Design & Optimization: Experience with database design, indexing, normalization, and query optimization techniques, including performance profiling.
• Microsoft Stack: Priority focus on Microsoft products (MS SQL, Azure Dev
  Ops, Azure Data Factory, Visual Studio). Familiarity with tools such as Synapse is desirable.
• Data Modeling & Views: Capability to understand existing materialized views, create new ones, and eventually optimize performance/execution time.
• Large Datasets: Ability to work with large datasets and handle associated performance challenges.
• Security & Best Practices: Understanding of database security and best practices.
• ETL (Optional): Experience with ETL processes and tools (optional but a plus).
• Problem Solving: Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Technical Tools: MS SQL (3/5) | Azure Dev
  Ops, Azure Data Factory, Visual Studio (4/5 each).

Minimum Experience

8 to 10 years.
