Job Summary:
A Mixed-Signal Design Engineer assists with the Analog Design, interface definition, validation, verification, and integration of
- signal ICs using
- standard ASIC tools. Products include power management, signal management, and
- signal functions for markets such as portable devices, telecom, automotive, and more.
Essential Functions:
- Verification of Analog and Mixed-mode design
- Define and execute
- signal verification strategies, develop test benches - Define and document Analog-Digital interface
- Behavioral modeling and analysis of analog blocks
- Validation and verification of analog and
- signal designs - Analog IP development, integration, and verification
- Layout design and simulations
- Assist digital team with timing, I/O, and DFT constraints
- Post-silicon validation and testing
- Collaborate with
- disciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- BSEE/MSEE + 10 years in
- signal ASIC design - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of ASIC development and fabrication processes
- Strong analog/mixed circuit design background
- Experience with simulation tools like Spectre, HSPICE, MATLAB
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Cadence
- Experience with complex simulations and DRC/LVS tools
- Verilog-AMS, System
Verilog, Verilog-A skills - Knowledge of DFT, STA, and timing constraints
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Additional skills in automotive standards, power management, scripting languages are a plus
