SRAN Services Engineer

You’ll be part of a global leader in wireless mobility networks and services, with more than 3, 500 patent families essential to 5G, and a pioneer in open and virtualized radio access networks (O‑RAN and v
RAN).
Your responsibilities
Provide technical support for Nokia’s 5G Radio Access Network, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Participate in the network deployment and troubleshoot any issues that may appear.
Work with Customer and other Nokia teams to ensure that our network meets the highest quality standards.
Perform regular maintenance and updates to Customer network infrastructure.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in 5G technology and implement new features as needed.
Participate in on‑call rotation to provide 24/7 support.
Your skills and experience
Strong knowledge of Nokia’s 5G Radio and related technologies
Experience in network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on‑call rotation 24/7
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Willingness to travel in short notice to support customers F2F.
