Qualities & Experience

• Extensive experience with Linux environments, particularly Open
  Shift and Red
  Hat;
• Skilled in tools like Jira, Service
  Now, Confluence, Splunk, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform, Cloud platforms and Zabbix;
• Expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting critical applications;
• Strong background in incident resolution, change management, backup and certificate management, vulnerability tracking, deployments, capacity planning, and collaboration with Dev
  Ops teams;
• Experience with Disaster Recovery plans;
• English fluency is mandatory.
