We’re looking for a senior SRE profile with strong application support background and coaching capability to help drive the global rollout of the 2S IT Production SRE model across Paris, Chennai and Lisbon. This role is focused on enablement and transformation, not just operations.

The mission is to train, mentor and develop SRE teams, support recruitment, define training strategies and ensure the adoption of SRE practices with an Agile/Dev
Ops mindset.

What you will do

• Train SREs and their managers on SRE standards, methodologies and production best practices.
• Coach SREs on the field (1:1 sessions, shadowing, performance reviews) to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of SRE practices directly within application teams to increase operational maturity.
• Participate in recruitment and evaluation of SRE talent (administer technical tests and assess mindset fit).
• Co-build the transformation roadmap, training strategy and support framework in collaboration with the core transformation team.

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in Application Support / IT Production
• Proven coaching or training experience – able to mentor teams and elevate capabilities
• Hands‑on understanding of SRE, Agile and Dev
  Ops principles

• Scripting: Python, YAML, Shell
• Dev
  Ops Tooling: Git/Git Flow, Artifactory, Jenkins or Git

• Understanding of end‑to‑end IT delivery chain (Dev to Run)
• Ability to navigate and challenge technical architectures
