We are looking for an SRE Lead!

Responsibilities

- Support IT Production transformation within the QUEST program (Quality, Efficiency, Stability), introducing Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices;

- Train SREs and managers on SRE practices;

- Provide
- field coaching (1-to-1), transmit Agile and Dev
Ops mindset , identify improvement opportunities and support solution implementation;

- Participate inrecruitment and evaluation of SREs , including technical test administration and feedback;

- Co-build transformation strategy, participating in workshops, brainstorming sessions and producing training content.

Requirements

- Solid experience in IT Production processes and SRE practices ;

- Strong Agile/Dev
Ops mindset and
- solving skills;

- Technical knowledge in Linux and Networking (DNS, Firewall, Switch) ;

- Scripting skills :

Python, YML, Shell;

- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Nagios) ;

- Hands-on with Dev
Ops stack (Git, Git Flow, Artifactory, Jenkins/Gitlab CI, Ansible Tower, Digital. Ai Release) ;

- Experience in Cloud (Kubernetes, Docker, Argo CD, Vault, Helm) ;

- Strong knowledge of technical architecture and

- end IT processes (from development to operations);

- Fluency in English , French is a plus.
